recipe: Simple Blueberry-Lemon Preserve
590g fresh blueberries, 200g granulated sugar, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (additional zest to taste)
mix all ingredients in saucepan, stir constantly over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes or until thickened
